Thank you to everyone who is now enacting the Queensland Governments latest COVID advices.

From our school perspective the Toowoomba Regional Council is not one of the 11 LGA’s in full lock down. There are however some actions we need take as a result of the Lock Down in these areas.

  1. Thank you to parents who are not sending their child/children to school if you or they have been in one of the 11 lock downed LGS’s since 1am on Saturday the 31st of July.
  2. Thank you to anyone who has left the affected LGAS on or after 1:00am Saturday 31 July 2021 and who must now follow the lockdown rules wherever they are in Queensland. Basically if you have been in any of the 11 locked down South East Queensland LGAs on or after 1:00am Saturday 31 July 2021, then you are required to follow the same lockdown rules even if you are no longer in those areas. People in home quarantine, regardless of where they are in the state, still need to follow their home quarantine requirements.
  3.  Parents should restrict their access to our school while this lock down period is in effect
  4. Can all those accessing our site please use the “Check In Queensland” app which you should find posted at entries and all about our school.
  5. Please be on the lookout for further communication from me as we unfold this latest COVID lock down. The attached letter will be sent home with your children this afternoon and further communication whern required.

Further information can be found on the Queensland Health Website at

In the meantime please contact me if there is anything you might like to discuss about these current arrangements.

Yours sincerely
